サービス提供、本人確認、学習履歴・復習・会員機能の提供、購入確認、不正利用防止、障害対応、品質改善、お問い合わせ対応、法令およびストアポリシーへの対応のために利用します。

We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, provide study and membership features, confirm purchases, prevent misuse, resolve errors, improve quality, answer support requests, and comply with law and store policies.

3. AI模擬試験機能3. AI mock exam features

JPT形式の模擬問題の作成、改善、推薦にAIサービスを利用する場合があります。問題作成や品質確認に必要な範囲を超えて、氏名、パスワード、決済情報などの直接識別情報をAIへの入力に使用しません。

We may use AI services to create, improve, and recommend JPT-style mock questions. We do not use direct identifiers such as names, passwords, or payment details as AI inputs beyond what is necessary to operate and protect the service.

4. 外部サービスと第三者提供4. Service providers and disclosure

クラウドホスティング、データベース、認証、決済管理、アプリ配信、分析、障害解析、メールおよびAI機能の提供事業者に、サービス提供に必要な範囲で情報処理を委託する場合があります。法令に基づく場合または利用者の同意がある場合を除き、個人データを販売しません。

We may use providers for hosting, databases, authentication, purchase management, app distribution, analytics, diagnostics, email, and AI functions. We do not sell personal data, and disclose it only when needed to provide the service, with consent, or as required by law.

外部サービスの利用により、日本国外のサーバーで情報が処理される場合があります。運営者は、委託先を適切に選定し、必要な安全管理措置を講じます。

Some providers may process information on servers outside Japan. We select providers with care and apply reasonable safeguards appropriate to the service.

7. 安全管理と保存期間7. Security and retention

不正アクセス、漏えい、滅失等を防止するため合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。情報はサービス提供、法令、会計、不正防止、紛争対応に必要な期間保存し、不要となった後に削除または匿名化します。
